5 Straight Punches

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4365)

In orthodox stance, guards up, shifting weight on balls of feet forward & backward ("left leg pendulum")

Leading left arm:

Jumping jacks interval:

Changing to southpaw stance:

Repeat sequence southpaw stance, leading right arm.
Repeat jumping jacks interval.

For progression, I increase the punching combination to eight times each side and get participants to yell out the combination, eg. "1-2-3-4-5 bob down".
