Fun with Grapevines
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 4366)
This is a combo I've come up with mixing other's ideas.

comments, etc.
- Grapevine right (4) with left knee up on 4
- Bring left knee up a second time (5, 6)
- Left leg sidekick to left side (7, 8)
- A punch to the left with your right (feet must
pivot turn) (9, 10)
- Face front and hold 2 counts (11, 12)
- Quick punches forward for final 4 counts
(13, 14, 15, 16) (I like to mix punches, uppercuts,
low elbow, high elbows, speed bag up high, singles left,
right, etc)
Now you are ready to take it right into a grapevine to the left.
A fun combo that gets your heart pumping. Thanks for all the
