Cardio Madness!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4409)

Between each combo, add a 30-60 second interval. My favourites are jogging with knees up, 3 quick heels with one knee, football and basketball (step touch and then jump as if though you were shooting a basket. This can be done to tempo or syncopated).
