Janey's warm-up

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4413)

I thought it was time to send in something from myself...rather than just taking other people's ideas all the time. Besides, there are not enough Aussies contributing to this site!!

This routine is sort of based around the theme of "singles then doubles"...makes it easy to remember.

From here you can go straight back into Combo 1 with a left leg lead (and repeat it all on the left!)

Teaching tips:

Combo 1
I usually teach the single step touches on the spot and then teach the double step touches. Then I put it all together adding direction ie: travel forward with the step touches. I use this for a warm up and also for a low impact aerobics class that I teach.

Combo 2
This is similar to Combo 1 so the way I break it down is almost identical.

I hope this makes sense...it's hard to actually put your routines into a language that others can understand!
