New Body #3!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 4419)

Here's another New Body!

Try 1 - 2 pound (1/2 - 1 kilogram) hand held weights

At 126 - 130 bpm

Do it again, go left diagonal!

This is a new routine I have only taught three or four times so I'm really enjoying it. And I'm using a Will Smith tape so it's relaxed and laid back!
