Brainless Booster

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4468)

Easy choreography, high intensity. It's handy when I need to boost heart rates a bit -- in between teaching more complex patterns, or as an interval, or if I need to bail out of a pattern that isn't going well.

The pattern is self-reversing. Knee lifts can be replaced with side legs, hamstrings, kicks, back leg lifts, whatever you like. As the busy mom of three small boys, I sure appreciate this website. I couldn't do it without all you talented and generous instructors!
