Fun with Push-Ups

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 4469)

Start in a push-up position - either on the toes or knees. Remind students to keep belly button lifted, hips pressed to the floor, and KEEP THAT BUTT DOWN! Now then,

If your students are scared of push-ups, demonstrate this one on your knees. Encourage them to try at least one set from the toes. Many thanks to you talented and generous instructors who have made teaching my classes much easier and more enjoyable!
