The Petra Kolber special

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4693)

Steps are set up vertically. There should be approximately 3-4 feet between the steps (enough so you could place an additional step horizontally, and have it fit between the two vertical steps). I'll call the left step home, and the right step away.

Begin to the front and left of home (see the "H" in the diagram below.)

    XXXX XXXX
  H XXXX XXXX A

Repeat on away, with a left lead

This move, as always, is an even 32 count, and is self-reversing. If you are against the reverse turn (it is "illegal") in some areas, you may substitute a baby turnstep, aka tight turn.

I thought this one up myself, from an old single step combination. It's really alot of fun, and can be made pretty funky, if you have a dance background, or a 'tude.

Stay fit and healthy, Doug.
