This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4697)

This Hi/Low combination was on Crunch fitness the other day with Tracy York as the guest instructor. I have been using bits and pieces of it for warmups. I hope you enjoy it, the moves have a bit of a twist from the 'ol ones etched in stone.

Combination 1

Right foot lead Repeat left starting with mambo left, two step, touches left, etc...

Combination 2

Repeat left starting with hustle kicks, hustle back V-step, etc...

Combination 3

Right foot lead Repeat on left foot starting with step knee, step step, mambo etc..

This pattern looks very basic, but has a few interesting turns. Take the time to read it through and if you have any questions just send me a note. Some of the moves are a great warm up too. Have fun and enjoy - our missions in life. HELEN
