Sal's Vertically Correct

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 4698)

The step is vertical. Repeat all on the right, begin with L-step on the right etc...

Coming off from the last L-step on the right, step with left foot and press off the step turning right (you are now facing the back of the room) (4) 2 jacks turning back to face the bench (4) step step left, 2 glute presses (8), repeat other side.

This is a full class, if you have any questions let me know. I add a level of intensity, it is really easy to pump this one up or take it down, this routine is easy to build on as well. Enjoy!!!
