Killer Crunch

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 4704)

This is to add some resistance during an abdominal crunch.

I add a 3-5 pound weight behind my head, making sure the chin is off the chest eyes up and lower back pressed in the floor. We than do sets of 20 pulses 4X's It is a great move to work harder and my class loves it. If the weight is to much let them use there own resistance. Try it out and let me know!
