GB:'S Abs & Thighs Slippin Away

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4705)

Hi everyone. Goodboxerseyes here!

Ready to do some Boxercise?
Music at mid tempo: Front facing boxaerobic stance.

Feeling it! Time for combos in both orthodox & southpaw stance.
  1. Jab/punch/slip and hold (4) x 8 = (32),
  2. Jab/punch/hook/other side hook (4) x 8 = (32),
  3. Jab/punch/hook/ other side hook (4), bob & weave (4), repeat x 4 = (32)
  4. Here's a tricky one, you'll have to do it at half time for a bit. Jab/punch (2), torso twists (2), uppercut both sides (2), slip and hold (2) (8) repeat x 4 = (32).

Have fun, you can use a slow progression for beginners or let it blast for intermediate and advanced participants.....GB:'s
