This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4711)

Block 1:

Repeat with left leg from grapevine...

Block 2:

Repeat facing back wall, starting left

Block 3:

Try to turn with the 2 lunges and 1 squat 1/2 to the left side and face the back wall afterwards. Then you can continue Block 1 with left leading.....

* Repeater heel-twister:
Go diagonal to the right corner with your right leg, lift left heel (1,2), step back with your left leg (3), stay with wide legs and turn your waist back and front again (like a twist) (4,5), lift your left heel again (6), step back with your left leg and then put back also the right again (7,8)
