This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 4711)
Block 1:
- Grapevine right, grapevine left (8)
- 2 V-steps right (8)
- 4 Heel dig to the front (start right heel front) (8)
go forward
- 2 Lunges side right leg (4) (see below)
- Squat right leg (4)
Repeat with left leg from grapevine...
Block 2:
- 4 Heel lift (start to the right) (8)
- 2 Box steps right leg (8), make it high-jump it!!!!!
- 4 Kick front forward (start right leg) (8)
- Mambo right (front and back) (4)
- Mambo reverse turn 1/2, chacha (face back wall) (4)
Repeat facing back wall, starting left
Block 3:
- Repeater heel-twister (see below) (8)
- 4 Samba to the left (facing front) (some call it chacha) (8)
- Repeater knee lift (but 4 times knee up!!!!) (8)
- 4 Jump back with side leg lift to the right, or side jack (8)

Try to turn with the 2 lunges and 1 squat 1/2 to the left side
and face the back wall afterwards. Then you can continue Block
1 with left leading.....
* Repeater heel-twister:
Go diagonal to the right corner with your right leg, lift left
heel (1,2), step back with your left leg (3), stay with wide
legs and turn your waist back and front again (like a twist) (4,5),
lift your left heel again (6), step back with your left leg and
then put back also the right again (7,8)
