Four Corners with an Attitude!
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 4715)
This is 32 counts of F-U-N that will be repeated to every
direction in the room:
- Right side kick (1,2), right front kick (3,4), keep right
foot in front as it lands after the front kick, and hold
the right arm up about shoulder level for a horizontal
block (this arm will stay in the block for the next four
counts), left drop power punch (5,6), left drop power punch
(7,8).
- 2 Right knees, bring both hands down for "knee slaps"
both times (1,2,3,4), 2 jacks with side lateral arms
(5,6,7,8).
- Criss-cross jump rope 4 times (1-8)
- 4 Twisting jacks, starting on the right (1-8) -----
After the fourth jack you will be facing the left side of
the room, ready to repeat the whole pattern.
Repeat this 4 times on the right lead (moving counterclockwise in
a box pattern), then repeat again 4 times on the left lead (moving
clockwise in a box pattern).
