This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4719)

Combo 1

Repeat with left lead.

Combo 2

Repeat moving back with opposite lead.

Combo 3

Repeat combo 2xs

Combo 4

Combo 5

Now you should be ready to repeat combo with opposite lead.

Combo 6

Repeat combo on the left moving back

Combo 7

Repeat combo 7 starting from the back should end up front ready to go from the top.

"hams" short for hamstring pull. I also always step forward before I do a ham or knee or side lift i.e. step ham is right foot forward left hamlift. I hope these combos are of some use. Any questions, comments or suggestions feel free to email me. Thanks Greg for this site.
