This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4725)

First Pattern (32 counts)

Repeat combo with left lead

Second pattern (32 counts)

(Start in position with right side of body toward front of room) Repeat combo with left side of body facing mirror.
For more cardio work, keep a boxers' shuffle during jabs and side kicks!

**For transitions between the 2 patterns, I'll do a bob and weave and punches for 16 counts.
