Walking' the Length

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4729)

Step is vertical. Start at the front of your bench (short end)

Combo #1:

Repeat left

Combo #2:

Repeat left

Combo #3

Repeat left

****Walk the length- step up on bench right and left walking it to the front of your bench and straddle down right, left. Now..walk it back for 4 counts (straddling the bench). Instead of walking it, you can add jumping jacks (still straddling the bench). Take this for 2 sets to get your 16 counts in.

Everyone loves this!!! It gets their heart rate up quickly!
