GB:'s Rap Attack

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 4733)

Hi again, this is Goodboxerseyes.

Came upon some moves while listening to some hip/hop music. So you'll need to lower the b.p.m. a bit (128-134) probably.

Combo #1: Speedbag (one hand only, switching sides)

Combo #2: Lateral movement, to the right

Combo #3: Boxing southpaw stance

Go back and repeat Combo #2 (now you'll be opposite of last time)
Then repeat Combo #3, this time in orthodox stance.
Repeat as often as you like.

Combo #4: Diagonal movement to the left

Combo #5: Boxercise front facing

(get that slip in first, you'll see why) Go back and repeat Combo #4 this time move to the right, changing side kicks to the opposite.
The repeat Combo #5
Repeat as often as you like.
