Quickie combos for the floor

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4746)

This is two quick little combos that I use sometimes to warm-up but mostly in my hi/lo class. I teach them as one combo because they actually go together. People usually get them pretty easily and they can up their own intensity easily as well. When you walk it up, you kick out your leg to make that transistion into a grapevine smoother.

*Marching knees--march 3 with a knee. Right, left, right, left knee--with a clap. Left, right, left, right knee with a clap.

*Marching kick--same as marching knee but kick.

If anyone can think up a better name for that move, let me know!!!!
