Hi everyone,
Here's 32 counts of "kickin' boxing" that can be used
as a whole or in separate 8 counts. Enjoy and let me know if
you have any questions.
Begin by facing the left corner of the room, in a tight defensive
stance: left foot/knee turned out, left knee soft, left leg is
bearing all of your weight, rest the right foot on the toes,
hand up in a pyramid:
- Right hip roll out (1-2)
- Right side kick (3-4)
- Right hip roll out (5-6)
- Right side kick (7-8)
- 2 Left drop-power-punches (right foot forward) (1-4)
- Right knee smash (5-6)
- 2 Quick hops (otherwise known as boxer's dance) (7-8)
- Right cross (1-2)
- 1 Jack, arms come up to a side lateral (3-4)
- Right side kick (5-6)
- Squat, arms break low blocks (7-8)
From the last squat:
- Right back kick (1-2)
- Right leg curl, while leaning forward on the right leg (3-4)
- Right back kick (5-6)
- Hop into beginning stance this time facing right corner (7-8)
Repeat eveything in the opposite direction!
