Part 1

Repeat for 32 counts

Part 2

*Can become a bunny hop for a high impact option

Part 3

Repeat the above to face the front again (16)

Part 4

Part 5

Repeat to all four conners of the room total of 64 counts

Part 6

I have been teaching this pattern for 8 weeks now. My Wed am class especially love it as there are options that are suitable for anyone. My inspiration for these routines came from this site. I do not use complicated arms with my patterna as my classes find them confusing but please feel free to add your own. Please email me with any questions.
