Killer Hi/Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4766)

My aerobics classes are pattern oriented. The moves are very simple combined with structured arms. That means NO SWINGING!



Clarification of terms:
Bend & straight knees - begin with double knees, then change the second knee to a kick; the arms are pulled down

Butterfly - begin on your left leg with the right leg extended to the side, arms are in an L formation
