Triceps and Traps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 4785)

To do this exercise you can use a step or just do it on the floor. This is a great way to do the same exercises but make it different and work in sets. This move involves the same move I submitted in February 18, 1999 - Work the Traps! Using hand weights for the tricep kickback, alternate the trap move (11 oclock and 1 oclock) with tricep kickbacks. Picking up the weights in between each move. Work one side with sets then switch to the other side. If you are using a bench it is easy to have the class place the knee on one side and then when working the other just "move" them over to the other knee and work some more!
