Help! Need AB ideas!

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 4793)

Tie your noodles in a knot and sit on them. Use your arms and legs, like a doggie paddle, down and back. This is really good for your posture muscles. It's hard to keep the noodle under you if you don't have strong posture muscles. It's also good for your bottom.

Please email me with any and all ab exercises for water. I have a routine but I'm getting bored with the same thing. Thanking you in advance!
