Good for Beginners - Students and Teachers!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 4795)

I usually finish up the cardio part of the class with squat drags which are a squat and then pull the leg in using the friction of the floor to your benefit. It really works the inner thigh and the class seems to "enjoy" it.

*Grapevine walk -- Grapevine right, turn to face left wall, walk 3 and tap.

**X step -- one V-step to the front, one V-step stepping backwards, without tapping down.

As a fairly new instructor, this site has been invaluable to me. I try to have a new routine every week and I don't think I could do it without everyone's input on Turnstep. As you can probably tell from this routine, I take pieces of everyone else's routines and suit them to my beginner status. I teach two lo impact classes a week and one body sculpting class but my routines have been very easy to convert to hi/lo classes when I sub for other instructors.
