Burning the arms

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4819)

When I use this move, it is towards the end of class before cool down. You are still on the left arm, but bring the count down to 4 left jabs (4) and 4 left back jabs (4) repeat this for 8x's (64)

Now bring it down to 2 left jabs (2) and 2 left back jabs (2) repeat this for 8x's (32)

Finally single it out, 1 left jab (1) and 1 left back jab (1) repeat this for 16x's (16)

Before moving on to the right arm, we shake out both arms. This move provides concentration on the arms and really burns! It is good to use a driving beat for motivation and count the entire time.
