Little something to Add to Abs!!!

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 4830)

Thought I would do something diff and put an abs thing on here! Thanks to EVERYONE on here for the excellent choreography--I teach about 4-5 times a week and make up new routines for every class so this helps!!! Please email me with comments or questions! Enjoy the day!!! Do it again-this is a good move to get them to use their abs and breath out at the same time.

Another cool thing for obliques if you dont already do it--- Right knee is crossed over on the left leg and twisting leading with the right shoulder as normal--- To add intensity--they can bring up their left leg at a ninety degree angle with their foot flexed to incorporate some lower abs--it works!!
