Jan & Brenda's Combo's #1

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 4843)

Here are some simple combinations that we use in our kickboxing class. Hope you enjoy.

Called: Front kick punch down

Do this several times then switch to front kick right punch down left please make sure your class knows to watch the lunge back - keep head up so you don't get dizzy and make sure knee does not go past 90 degree angle.

Three combinations in horse riding stance
1st one: * Alternating single punches forward

2nd one:
* Alternating highblock

3rd one:
* Alternating punch punch the turn body left then right - block/block

Called: Headsmashers

Then take down to 4's and then 2's

At the end of these we like to do alternating round kicks. This will really get your heartrate up.
