Cardio-challenge 1

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 5673)

This pattern is in blocks. Teach each block and then keep adding on. It should take about 25 mintues. All the boxing moves are done in the shallow. Make sure to cue the patrons to always use soft elbows and soft knees when kicking, not to whip the arm or leg out, use control, punch in the water, tight abs, tuck hips in, cue "suck and tuck"
