Both blocks are self-reversing.

*I cue a reverse V from a straddle, "Step it off face the back room, step it off face the front of the room." Or in Reebok terms, step off the front of the step, step of the back and your back to "ready".

**Lunges variation 2 over the step (facing west), 2 facing the back (south), 2 over the step (facing east) the other direction.
