Resistance Ladder

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5682)

This drill is designed to train the legs to maintain cadence with increasing resistance. You can use whatever cadence (rpm) you like. This example uses 80 rpms.

**Use music with strong steady cadence so they can pedal to a constant beat.
