Twice the High
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5694)
Combo 1:
- Walk forward (4)
- 2 Knee raises (4) (face the east (right) wall on the knee raises)
- Walk to the east wall (4)
- 2 Knee raises (4) (face the next wall and so on.... until you have
completed this combo to all four walls)
Combo 2:
- L-shape double step east (right) (8)
- Walk to the east (right) wall (8)
- L-shape double step back to original position (8)
- Walk forward (4)
- Heels forward single, single, double (repeat twice, right
side leads) (16)
- Side tap single, single, double (repeat twice, right side
leads) (16)
Repeat all of combo 2 on left side
Combo 3:
- Leg curl 3 times each leg (12)
- 2 Step touches (4) teach this combo first then next time...
- Curl 3 times each leg (12)
- 2 Step touches (4) but this time on the step touches
face the next wall (east/right)
Repeat combo once again to all four walls
Combo 4:
- Walk forward (4)
- 4 Step touches back right leg leads (8)
- Double step right (4)
- Walk forward (4)
- 4 Step touches back left leg leads (8)
- Double step left (4)
This is my first entry into turnstep, I would love to hear
your comments on this pattern. If anything is unclear email
me and I can clarify any step.
This pattern can be kept low or taken up high with larger
arms movements, it is fairly simple to teach and the class
will enjoy it once they get the hang of it.
