Don't Forget the Arms!

I love all the great combos, keep'em coming! This is my first time at submitting, and I have a simple, tried and true routine that works great, my class hates to think! What makes this a great workout is the arms, make sure you teach full extension and control of the arm work (very important)! You'll find the number of counts, followed by the step and the arm routine for each entry. Work at your arm routine, it will set your class apart from all the others! Your class will be sweating like it was their first workout. You can build it anyway you want, but try teaching the first time by doing each 32 count combo 4 times or until they feel comfortable. Teach proper alignment with each execution. If you stay up with each of the arm movements, you'll see what I mean. Email and let me know how it works for you.
