Don't Forget the Arms!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5699)
I love all the great combos, keep'em coming! This is my first
time at submitting, and I have a simple, tried and true routine
that works great, my class hates to think! What makes this a
great workout is the arms, make sure you teach full extension
and control of the arm work (very important)! You'll find the
number of counts, followed by the step and the arm routine for
each entry. Work at your arm routine, it will set your class
apart from all the others! Your class will be sweating like it
was their first workout.
- (8) Basic right - Upright row
- (16) Alternate repeater knee - Military press
- (8) Basic left - Bicep curl
- (16) Alternate side leg lift - Tricep kickback
- (16) Over the top - Military press
- (8) Turnstep - Chest crossover
- (8) Alternate hamcurl - Tricep kickback
- (8) Turnstep - Chest crossover/tricep kickback
- (8) Diagonal/over the top - Military press/forward
butterfly arms
- (8) V-step - Upright row
- (8) Alternate knee lift - Military press
- (16) Alternate repde lunges - Swing arms side to side
- (8) March on top - Bicep curls
You can build it anyway you want, but try teaching the first
time by doing each 32 count combo 4 times or until they feel
comfortable. Teach proper alignment with each execution. If
you stay up with each of the arm movements, you'll see what
I mean. Email and let me know how it works for you.
Email me if anyone is looking for more classes to teach in
San Antonio, I'll be needing about 40 new instructors for
next year.
