Partner Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5711)

This is a fun way to do abs and you definately feel the results!

  • 1. Pick a partner.
  • 2. Partner #1 will lay on floor (on back)
  • 3. Partner #2 will stand at #1's head.
  • 4. #1 will put head between #2's feet and hold on to #2's ankles.
  • 5. #1 will lift legs, keeping them straight, up to where #2 can shove #1's legs back down.
  • 6. Don't let your feet hit the floor when your feet are pushed down. Keep your abs tight and do as many as possible. Try to do at least 15 to start.
  • 7. Then switch places with your partner.
  • 8. Do two sets each if you can.
