Intensity Drill
This is a
Cycling pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 5719)
The key is to pay attention to the intensity.
Intensity level 1 - 10
1 is laying on the couch
5 is walking up a flight of steps
10 is giving it all you got
Remember that the intensity does not necessarily mean putting
down your level/adding resistence or turning your knob. You
can just spin faster etc...
Make sure to tell them ahead what they are about to do. They
must plan for this. If they go out all guns they will never
make the drill effectively.
- 30 seconds at intensity level "5"
- 30 seconds at intensity level 6
- 30 seconds at intensity level 7
- 30 seconds at intensity level 8
- 30 seconds at intensity level 9
- Back down
- 30 seconds at intensity level "6"
- 30 seconds at intensity level 7
- 30 seconds at intensity level 8
- 30 seconds at intensity level 9
- 30 seconds at intensity level 10 (giving it all you
got!!!! 110%)
As you class gets more efficient you can add on longer time.
All the way up to one minute.
