Cardio Ball from Kauai

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 5722)

Wanted to put this in the "Other" category but didn't see that as a choice. We've had stability balls at our facility for about 6 months and use them for body conditioning, stretch and now cardio, this cardio format was shown to me by a visiting instructor from Canada and I researched the safety of it via email with Mike and Stephanie Morris, here's what I have so far and would love other choreography if anyone else out there is doing this.

Music - step bpm pitched up slightly or mid tempo would work

Start standing holding the ball:

Finish off by going back to the warm up - this work out look deceptively easy but is actually very intense for the quads especially - if anyone complains about their knees or low back hurting they should try a larger ball and less impact and I can't emphasize enough that the stress should be on the upward movement.

Hope this is useable for someone out there in fitnessville it has been a refreshing addition at our facility, I teach this for 30 minutes and then go into a full body stretch utilizing the ball.
