HI INTENSITY, lo standing around

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5732)

Hi everyone,

Does this picture sound familiar to you: low attendence to Hi/Lo, members avoiding it because they're not getting enough intensity (especially those cardio crazies), people frowning if you start doing anything that a little dancy or is not a grapevine???? Well.. try this routine, it's very simple, but guarantees explosive intensity, use 140-146 bpm music. And as always, if you have any questions feel free to email me!

Note: Remember the difference between side-tap and side-touch!!!!

32 count block D

32 count block E (do this 2 times in a row)

32 count block F (do this 2 times in a row)
