Tri Variation

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 5737)

I borrowed this move from another instructor, so thanks Gail!

Lie on the floor, on your side, hips stacked. Prop your head up on your hand (spine in alignment).

Top arm comes to the front of your body, palm flat on the floor, hand parallel to body. Now, slowly raise and lower your body using only that one arm in front. (Don't forget to do the other side.) A great triceps workout using your own body as resistance!
