Combo #1

Repeat above on the left

Combo #2

Repeat above on the left

Combo #3

You will now be facing the back of the class repeat this combo until facing front of the class

Combo #4

You are now facing the side wall repeat the combo until facing front of the class

This is a very simple class, I teach combo #1, repeat it again, add on combo # 2, repeat 1, 2 add on three, repeat 1, 2, 3 and add on four. This will give you approximately 35 minutes of cardio, and it is very easy to follow and by repeating each combo your class will know what is coming up next and they will be able to use more intensity. I have just begun teaching and it seems everyone loves this class and can get a good workout regardless of their level.
