Burning Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5752)

Starting with single abdominal crunches x 8 then double up double down x 8. Now place your right heel on top of the left knee this gives extra weight. Keeping your head on the mat and your elbows wide, single lift the left leg off the mat x 8. Now add the crunch with the leg lift x 8. Repeat this using the left heel on the right knee. Having the heel - which gives a little extra weight really makes a difference and you will feel this in the lower abdominals.
