Jump Jump Jump

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5757)

There are 2 positions this pattern can be done in, one is jumping from a standing position and the other is jumping from a seated position. When jumping from a standing position you will slide down in a low aero position without touching the seat, back flat, and then coming right back up again.

The pattern is very basic but very hard:

Now reverse it and repeat all back down to 40%

I always put about a 10-15 second break between each change in tension. Also, this can be done starting at 40% with 6 sets of 8 and tapering down as the tension goes up. Depends on how much you want to torture your class. You can also begin at 90%, go down to 40% and back up again. Lots of possibilities.
