Let's Get Ready To Rumble

Hello! Thanks for all the great moves. I thought it might be my turn to contribute. I like to keep my kickboxing classes at a fast pace. Alternating between low intensity and high intensity moves. The low intensity moves mostly consist of upperbody movements and combos. Since there seems to be plenty of these moves, I thought I would share some of my more high intense moves.

1) Killer Quads

2) Heart Attack

Repeat on left
Moving back: Football tires with high knees

3) Jump

4) Football frenzy
