Deanna's boxing, "foot boxing" and more!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5780)

I am going to write these in right handed stance, but of course they can be done left handed too.

Block 1: boxing

(Then take the pattern and travel. The jabs take you forward. The slips take you back)

Block 2: boxing with a couple kicks

Block 3: foot boxing
