ABS - Don't Have to Be Last!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5786)

This is a 15 minute ab workout. My classes loved this last week!

On floor with lower back pressed to mat. Feet and legs straight up off the ground. (I cue it as "Feet facing the ceiling".) Hands under gluts for support.

Lay back on mat and finish up with some basics "no brainers" since they will be so tired!!!
