Circle Kicks!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5787)

This combo is designed for the smaller size class & of course, the size of your room.

Have your class form a large circle, everyone facing left, cue "Everyone turn to your left". It's important everyone is facing the same direction during this combo, or it's collision city!

Combo 1

adding on; Combo 2

Repeat Combo 1 - reversing direction so everyone is facing the right.

Repeat Combo 2 - When alternating jumping jacks & kicks you can change the front kicks to knee smashes or to back kicks. Just make sure you have enough room.
