Earthquake a'comming

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 5790)

Step horizontal

Stand in front of the step holding medium (dumbbells)
Take the right leg back onto the step, heel lifted so you are using the ball of the foot
Make sure left leg's knee does not extend over the toes
Torso vertical, try not to lean forward
Tighten the abs and gluts

They can either just hold onto the dumbbells or I have them do a front lateral raises

Shake it out and repeat other side

I have a group of very fit members I use this on, so I play around with reps till they tire. Go easy on beginners. Any questions - let me know
