Kicks and Then Some

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 5808)

Hello all. I'm not an instructor I'm just someone who has been coming to this site and stealing routines from you guys to do at home since August. I really enjoy this site even though 9 times out of 10 I don't understand the terminology. Here is my imput from what I've been doing at home. I do have a cardio kickboxing guru named Trish who beats me up every Monday night for 45 minutes and she is also the one who I attribute my never ending motivation to. She's beaten 41 pounds off of me since August and I'm still going - so this is for her.

Facing front / arms high overhead / feet together / abs tight

Combo #1

Alternating front knees (32) x (3)

Combo # 1 (Advanced)

Almost lunging front knee / head smash

Combo #2

Side knee / side kick / back kick combo ***Repeat on left knee / right side / left back***

Combo #3

Squating alternating side kicks

Combo #3 (Advanced)

Sweeping back to front kick

Combo #4

Squatting high back kicks

Combo #5

Back to Gym Class

Combo #6

Quick feet combo (this one has a couple of choices) ***Repeat to the left side***

I hope that this is okay. I just really like doing these combos at night so I can't walk the next day. Hopefully it will do the same to your classes.
