Young aerobics

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5809)

I'm not very good at understand the aerobics I have been trying to read here so I think I'll just write it in an easy way, a way I think anyone will understand:

This is a perfect basic program for kids between the age of 8 and 12. I have my own group of kids and they love it! To have a whole lesson, I play a game in the beginning and in the end I calm down by listening to soft music and turning of the the lights in the gymhall. Hope you'll enjoy it!
