This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5810)

My "Cardio Boxing" class loves this 4 count combination.

Bring class to a right "fighting stance" position. Arms up guarding face and rib cage, right foot forward, left foot behind. At this point weight is evenly distributed. Begin combo with:

I cue it like this, doing it slow first so everyone can see and understand the count:

Perform combo at tempo, not exceeding 135 bpm, otherwise it is too fast. Follow up with a higher cardio move such as shuffling or 4jacks/4 jabs. Email anytime to swap combos!! Thanks, Michelle:)
