C's water circle fun

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 5816)

Have your class form a circle jogging in place the whole time through out pattern changes. (If you have a big class, have an inner circle going the opposite direction of the outer circle through out pattern changes) Keep in mind while jogging in place, before pattern changes, have your students push water in front of them alternating hands or punch from side to side.

**Working upper body is important too.

You can add any combinations to circle formation workouts. My class enjoys it when we do circle formations because I always change patterns each time we meet. These circle formations can be done anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. Incorporate them into your workouts. It's fun!
